DMCA Policy for Edge TV

2. Exclusions from liability
Edge TV takes reasonable steps to ensure that no copyrighted material is uploaded without permission. If we receive a proper DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe that the material has been removed or disabled by mistake or on incorrect grounds, you can submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should be sent to the same e-mail address support@edgetv-official.com and include the following information:

– A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where we are based (or if you are a foreign user, a court where we are based) to hear the dispute.
4. Limitation of liability
Edge TV will not be liable for any damage or loss arising as a result of any infringement or other use of material on our website.
5. Changes to the DMCA Policy
Edge TV reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
