4.3 Misuse of the service, including but not limited to unauthorized access or tampering, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.


5. Subscription & Payment

5.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions.

5.3 Edge TV reserves the right to adjust pricing or service features at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.


6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@edgetv-official.com. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under exceptional circumstances, such as service activation failure due to technical issues caused by Edge TV. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase to support@edgetv-official.com.


8. Limitation of Liability

Edge TV is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including interruptions caused by third-party applications or internet service providers.


9. Termination of Service

Edge TV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
